EVOLVE Awards
Elevating Voices of Leadership, Virtue, and Excellence (EVOLVE) is the sister organization of the Morgan MILE. This organization is based on four pillars—womanhood, civility, professionalism, and service. EVOLVE ensures all women involved in the organization are exposed to these values through programming, discussion and excursions.
The program is accompanied by a Living Learning Community in which a group of our women live together in a holistic environment that improves their professionalism and evokes leadership, decorum and a sense of womanhood.

2026 EVOLVE STELLAR WOMAN AWARDEE
Zykhira Hagans-Johnson
This award recognizes a first-year student who works regularly in the service of EVOLVE and its elevation. She is a woman of her word and she is always there in the time of need. When others ask, “Why?” she asks, “Why not?” She’s easy to identify because she stands out as the most engaged woman in the organization.
2026 LEADING WOMAN AWARDEE
Sidney Dunn
This award is given to a sophomore, junior or senior who is determined to make the most of her education. She leads by example through having the highest GPA in EVOLVE.
