In his capacity as Vice President of State and Federal Relations, he navigates the complexities of

public policy, advocating for the University’s legislative agenda at both state and federal levels.

 

Representing the President, Don-Terry ensures that all administrative operations achieve

unmatched efficiency and effectiveness. His background as Director of Strategic Planning,

combined with a Ph.D. in Political Science with a concentration in Public Finance,

enables himto fulfill the University’s mission grounded in principles of sound governance and

organizational excellence.

A highly respected and influential figure on both national and international platforms, Don-Terry

has led strategic initiatives in more than 21 countries and made noteworthy contributions to the

fields of good governance, entrepreneurship, and the global economy. He is particularly noted

for founding and leading national conferences that focus on Governance Excellence and the

Global Economy, thereby magnifying his impact in these essential areas.
